Refund and Returns Policy

At Matcha Glow, we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at matchaglowup.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons:

Gift cards

Opened skincare products

Customized or personalized products

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return; Matcha Glow is not responsible for lost packages.
